200H and 100H Yoga Teacher Training

This was their PILOT batch but the entire course was so systematic and thoughtfully designed—you can feel how prepared and intentional everything was. Each teacher brought deep expertise to their subject, and more importantly, they were very generous in sharing their knowledge and experience. They truly understood what we needed in order to grow as yoga practitioners and as future yoga teachers. This training helped me trust myself more and become more present. Being out of my comfort zone wasn’t easy, but it helped me grow and become more self-aware. The mentorship was very supportive. Each teacher was knowledgeable and passionate about what they taught. More than that, they really believed in us and encouraged us. They allowed us to find our own teaching voice, to teach in a way we feel comfortable. As a teacher, it reminded me to lead with intention and empathy. It’s not about being perfect, but about creating a space where people feel supported and seen.
Teacher Rachel, Teacher Chantal, Teacher Kim, Teacher Jinky and Teacher Ria motivated me, and reminded me that I am capable—even in moments I doubted myself. That kind of genuine support made a huge difference.

This training was truly a life-changing and whirlwind experience. It challenged me, grounded me, and completely shifted the way I see yoga and myself. I’m so grateful to all the teachers and mentors for holding space so generously and guiding us with so much care and intention.
I feel most confident in leading meditation (which honestly surprised me haha as someone who has never meditated religiously prior to YTT). Being assigned to lead early on really helped me step into that role and build confidence over time. I also feel more confident in preparing classes, holding space, and creating my own flows. The combination of our lessons (anatomy, biomechanics, asana, trauma-informed teaching) and observing Treehouse classes helped me understand not just how to teach, but also what kind of teacher I want to be and what kind of classes resonate with me.
It’s shifted how I move through both my practice and my life—learning to embrace non-attachment, trusting the process, and choosing presence over perfection. More than anything, it made me realize that yoga isn’t just something you do—it’s something you live and share. I’m grateful to now carry these learnings forward and hopefully create spaces where others can experience that same sense of connection and healing.
I have so much love for the Treehouse community. Even though it was my first time being fully immersed in the space, I never felt like an outsider. The teachers and my classmates made it feel very welcoming and supportive.

In my [previous] 200H YTT, we had to memorize the count, breath, and cue. The mini cueing activities we had with Teacher Kim and Teacher Chantal really helped me feel a little more confident in using my own words in cueing. Attending different classes and the mentorship program helped me find/get an idea how I would want to cue my class. I really loved and appreciated the mentorship opportunity and the graduation retreat! It really felt like a lot of thought and intention was put into creating the YTT program.
I think it helped that the studio is in a residential area and not in a CBD. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and the cool breeze. I loved how everyone was really supportive and open to share and listen to each other's life and yoga stories.
And also, aside from the different classes we got to attend (and teachers we got to observe) and the mentorship, I really appreciated the lunch options! It may be trivial and not at all related to yoga but it lessened the mental load. That was very considerate and thoughtful. And you know there's a lot of TLC from the teachers when you get your homework back and each of them has given an insight and a message!

Life-changing. That word kept on repeating in my head, like a mantra. Life-changing, in a way that the teacher training exposed me to parts of myself that were dormant. Parts that I dared not believe were present but actually were. Life-changing because it showed me depth in this practice called yoga, gave me the foundational tools I needed to deepen my own practice and to also share it with others.
The YTT demanded a lot of mental, emotional, and physical effort. But overall, when faced with the work and commitment to take it on, it also gave me this confidence that I could be the same as a teacher in the future.
The mentorship sessions [were the most impactful to me]. That sense of support truly felt like a warm hug and a gentle push on the back at the same time. I knew I was not being coddled and the feedback I got from the sequencing I did was given to help me improve. Having a mentor guide me, listen to my aspirations as a teacher and space holder, and share to me their experiences made me feel more grounded amd more confident in this path.
The Treehouse Yoga Teacher Training was programmed to create an opportunity to explore what type of teacher and space holder I wanted to become. It gave us that freedom. By offering the foundational tools on philosophy, pranayama and anatomy, but also encouraging us to explore our own practice and reflect on how we wanted to share the space, share our practice, with other practitioners, too.
And lastly, it gave me a family. A really amazing batch of sisters. Sisters who inspire me, who ground me, who humble me, who I know I will trust and love wholeheartedly. Without this training, I wouldn't have met all of you and your wonderful souls. I am surrounded and filled with love because of all of you.

I really feel grateful that I was able to take the course. I got the refresher course that I needed and my learnings got an upgrade. What I learned now seems more suited for the current time.
I took the 100-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training as a refresher course since I took my 200-hour YTT back in 2018. Whatever knowledge I had got an update, and I just look at my own practice now and how I want to show up for others with more clarity and kindness. I received so much encouragement and support from the teachers and my batchmates. I highly recommend Treehouse Yoga for anyone looking into yoga teacher training or is already certified but want to pursue further education (and purpose) in yoga.
I so appreciate all the teachers. From the bottom of my heart. Every time they shared a personal insight for struggle, I appreciate their moment of vulnerability and openness. The teachers being so generous and public with their encouragement for me, I was just lifted up. It will forever mean the world to me to receive your embrace and all the kind and loving words.

Completing the 200-Hour Teacher Training with Treehouse Yoga has been a deeply transformative and soulful experience. For anyone looking to dive into the heart of yoga beyond just the physical postures—focusing heavily on philosophy, meditation, pranayama, functional anatomy, and true community-rooted space holding—this program sets a remarkably high standard. There is so much that Treehouse Yoga gets exceptionally right: the faculty is truly elite, the curriculum is rich, deep, and beautifully curated, the modular format is incredibly thoughtful and highly manageable for those balancing external careers or commitments, the technical foundation is rock-solid, and the spiritual and community-building elements, unforgettable. I am incredibly grateful for my time here and highly recommend it to any aspiring teacher or dedicated practitioner.

What made Treehouse Yoga’s training so special is the care, passion, and authenticity of its teachers. They have always shown genuine investment in each student's growth, and as a result, have cultivated a strong community where everyone feels supported, encouraged, and seen. The YTT teachers’ varying strengths and fields of expertise created a beautiful, almost palpable synergy. This, coupled with the program that thoughtfully weaves together history, philosophy, anatomy and biomechanics, among many other things, gifted us a beautiful and holistic experience that was both grounding and inspiring. Most importantly, the teachers never forced us into any kind of mold. Instead, they helped each person tap into their own distinct voice and teaching style, allowing their own personality to shine through. The result is a group of teachers who lead with confidence and sincerity, each with something unique and valuable to share. I will always be grateful for my Treehouse YTT experience. 💛 Choosing Treehouse Yoga came down to the teachers and the beautiful community they’ve created. It was truly the best decision I’ve made in my yoga journey. 🙏🏻✨ I cannot recommend them enough.

I AM: Insight, Art, and Mindfulness Gathering

Thank you so much for making the session accessible and beginner friendly. I usually get stressed out when asked to do artsy stuff because it’s not something I’m good at. I can't draw/sketch - unless you count stick figures.😅 However, I really enjoyed the session because we were provided with all the tools needed to complete the activity and guided throughout the session. Thanks to your support and encouragement, I was able to relax, explore and have fun.
Watching my brush and painting change as I went along made me think about how experiences, whether good or bad, affect life. As someone who hates changes, this activity reminded me that they happen for a reason. They give us an opportunity to learn/re-learn something even if we might not necessarily know it while we’re in that moment. Regardless of the outcome, whether pleasant or unpleasant, we carry with us all experiences into the next chapter of our life.

[What I enjoyed the most about this workshop was that] the creative techniques taught for watercolor and the insights on mindfulness can be incorporated in art and in every day life.
I was reminded that not everything can be controlled. You work whole-heartedly, with presence of mind, without judgement or expectations towards yourself, and allow art (and life) to happen naturally. Whatever comes about afterwards is as it should be, and holds its own kind of beauty.
Thank you as always Teacher Rach for reminding us that there is much value in slowing down and staying present! Sana maulit!

I really enjoyed the workshop because it helped me practice having a beginner’s mind and embracing non-attachment. It allowed me to stay open, let go of expectations, and fully appreciate the experience as it unfolded.
I learned to let go of the need for outcomes and instead focus on the process. It helped me become more present, more accepting, and less pressured to “get things right,” which made the experience more meaningful and freeing.
